Senior representatives from joint venture developer Vimarn Suriya Co., Ltd. and its partners recently celebrated the completion of Dusit Residences’ mat foundation at a landmark pouring ceremony.

The successful coordination of trucks transported and poured some 20,759 cubic metres of concrete at the residential development, which was recently named Best Ultra Luxury Residences Bangkok at the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2022.

The six-metre-thick mat foundation for the 69-storey residential tower employed special low-heat concrete containing a high compressive strength of 400-kilogrammes per square centimetre.

Led by Ms. Suphajee Suthumpun, Group CEO Dusit International, and Ms. La-ead Kovavisaruch, CEO Vimarn Suriya, attendees at the event included Mr. Peerapong Aramvareekul, Head of Property Development, and executives from TPI Polene Public Co., Ltd. and Italian-Thai Development Public Co., Ltd.
